Rob Lowe is the latest Hollywood actor to storm the London stage - in a theatre version of A FEW GOOD MEN.

The WEST WING star has signed a deal with West End mogul Bill Kenwright to appear in the legal drama, and he is set to play LIEUTENANT DANIEL KAFFEE - the part made famous by Tom Cruise in the 1992 movie.

Aaron Sorkin, who created The West Wing, wrote the play, and Kenwright is thrilled to have Lowe onboard.

Kenwright enthuses, "We've got a good drama with a good story and I think Rob's perfect for it."

The show opens at the Haymarket Theatre in September (05).
