Movie icon Robert Redford is being sued by two former employees, who are claiming unpaid monies from a severance deal.

JEFF KLEEMAN and ERIC GREENFELD have filed a breach of contract suit against the INDECENT PROPOSAL star and are claiming $200,000 (GBP125,000) plus interest and damages, as they say Redford agreed to pay them to leave his firms.

Kleeman was president and CEO of Redford's CATALYST FILM WORKS, while Greenfeld was chief operating officer of his SUNDANCE PRODUCTIONS.

In the suit, they state Redford agreed to pay them in order to "settle a dispute arising out of their employment" but failed to pay the installments by the agreed dates.

They claim the BUTCH CASSIDY AND THE SUNDANCE KID star failed to make the second payment of $200,000 (GBP125,000) last October (02) and still "continues to fail and refuses" to do so.

Representatives for the 66-year-old actor were not available for comment.
