Rod Stewart has recorded another installment of his hit THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK series after signing up Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder and Dolly Parton to perform standards with him.

Stevie Wonder plays harmonica on Stewart's version of WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD, Clapton adds guitar to BLUE MOON and Parton duets with the British rocker-turned-crooner on Baby, IT'S COLD OUTSIDE.

The album, THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK: STARDUST, also features a duet with Bette Midler and is set for release next month (OCT04).

The project will be the follow-up to Stewart's THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK: AS TIME GOES BY, which was released last year (03).
