Actor Rodrigo Santoro has picked up his surfboard and hit the waves to get in shape as he prepares to reprise his role in the upcoming 300 action sequel.
The Brazilian hunk, who portrayed Persian King Xerxes in the 2006 movie, has shunned the gym and has instead headed to the beach to perfect his physique for 300: Rise Of An Empire by combining his passion for surfing with a series of other exercises.
Showing off his workout regimen in the pages of men's magazine Details, he says, "It's a workout, but it makes me feel good. You're building your core by tiding waves and your back and shoulders by paddling."
