Ryan Dunn flipped his car in 1996 at the "exact spot" where he crashed it and died earlier this month.

The 'Jackass' daredevil - who was killed when his Porsche veered off the road, smashed into a tree and burst into flames on Monday (20.06.11) - rolled his motor eight times in the same location 15 years ago, according to Bam Margera, who was a passenger at the time.

Bam - who starred alongside Ryan and Johnny Knoxville in the stunt show - told E! Online: "He flipped me in a car eight times at the same exact spot in 1996.

"Thank God I had my seat belt on, because ['Jackass' contributor] Chris Raab put one on me, but my brother didn't have one on. He flew 40 feet. Thank God he's alive. But like, Dunn was always a maniac at driving."

Bam also revealed he has not been able to stop crying since finding out about Ryan's death, adding the stuntman was his "best f*****g friend".

He added: "He was my best f*****g friend in the world. It's been five days now, and I can't stop crying, man. I just don't think it should've been him."

Toxicology reports revealed Ryan was more than twice the legal drink-drive limit when he smashed the car, which his friend Zachary Hartwell also died in.
