A Michigan film fan is suing movie bosses behind Ryan Gosling's hit action film Drive for misleading her with the trailer.
Sarah Deming claims the film wasn't the all-action movie she was expecting, and she was upset by the "gratuitous defamatory dehumanizing racism directed against members of the Jewish faith" she witnessed on the big screen.
In her suit, filed on 27 September (11) and obtained by EW.com, the plaintiff also states there was only a little driving in the film - despite its title.
Deming is demanding a refund and is calling on movie bosses to issue a note about the film's alleged "extreme gratuitous defamatory racism" on posters and trailers.
