Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes were spotted getting close in Paris on Saturday afternoon (26 November, 2011), visiting the cemetery Pere-Lachaise, where the actress has been shooting her new movie Holly Motors.
According to the People magazine, the couple were open about the fact they are dating and strolled through the cemetery while linking arms. Gosling, 31, and Mendes, 37, had previously enjoyed red wine and Argentinian food the evening before, but spent Saturday winding down and enjoying the Parisian sights. The couple visited the resting places of Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf and Oscar Wilde, famously known as the City of the Dead. One observer said, "They were holding hands and there was a lot of tenderness between them". From the Pere-Lachaise, the famous pair continued their tour into the historic Catacombs of Paris, where visitors can wander below ground and see ancient stone quarries which house the skeletons remains of around six million Parisians.
Eva's new movie stars singer Kylie Minogue and the French actor Denis Lavant, who plays a man travelling between different lives, including that of a beggar, a murderer, a loving father and a CEO. Gosling is currently shooting the historical drama 'Gangster Squad', about the Lapd's fight to keep the East Coast Mafia out of Los Angeles.
