Country star SARA EVANS was left red faced after slashing her foot open during a wardrobe change on the set of her new video, CHEATIN'.

The pretty singer needed a tetanus shot after cutting her foot on a copper pipe in her changing room.

But the brave star refused to let her accident halt the shoot she was back on the set as soon as she'd had her injection.
