Sarah Jessica Parker has sold her New York City property after having it on the market for nearly three years.

The former 'Sex and the City' actress and her husband Matthew Broderick have finally found a buyer for their Greenwich Village townhouse located on 20 E. 10th St. after lowering the price, the New York Daily News newspaper is reporting.

The property was originally listed for $25 million in 2012 and it's last list price was $22 million. It is known what the final price was at sale.

The couple - who have three children, son James, 11, and five-year-old twins daughters Tabitha and Marion, together - originally paid $19 million for the 6,800-square-foot home in 2011 but spent a significant amount of cash completely renovating it.

However, the family never lived there, instead deciding to stay in another townhouse in the West Village.

The new owner of the property can look forward to enjoying cooking in its walnut finish kitchen, relaxing on the private terrace with family and friends and lazy afternoons spent in the split-level garden.

It also boasts five bedrooms and the new residents will also feel safe because of its state of the art security system.
