Scarlett Johansson has been beaten by a mystery assailant; fear not though Scar-Jo fans, for the incident came during filming for new action hero flick 'The Avengers' and was part of one of many stunts that the star was involved in.
"The stunt sequence that I've been the most proud of is probably my fight with..." Johansson trailed off to MTV News, before adding "Actually, I don't know if I can say!" And in the end she didn't! Denying that it was Tom Hiddleston's Loki character, she said "All I can say is that I had to fight someone else in this film, and they beat the crap out of me in stunt rehearsals. I have to say I could not believe it."
Continuing, she added "I was like, 'Can you hold it back, OK? You know, I'm trying to work it out here. I've got smaller muscles than you.' I was dragged across the [floor]. When we finally finished [filming] that scene I was just happy to be alive." She wasn't the only one to suffer a mauling either, with most of the cast getting into the thick of it. "We all took a pretty big beating," she said. "I would have to say either [Black] Widow or Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner). We're on the ground so we're fighting hand-to-hand and it hurts."
