I myself battle insomnia it is a horrible feeling I'm always tired and feel like sh*t. but I would never take something so powerful like that and his doctor should have been aware of his conditions and figured out a way for him to calm down an relax so he could fall asleep safely NOT KILL HIM what an a**hole, sorry, there are other ways to go to sleep and if you ever had an operation the anestetic he was given does NOT give you good sleep I've had at least 20 operations and never did I wake up and feel refreshed from that crap how STUPID!!!! OMG If any jerk goes to see that Doctor of Death shame on you.....Michael Jackson was a victim/ RIP MJ we L.O.V.E you & miss you

I thank God that I work from home when ever I feel like it. It can be 3:00AM & I can't sleep, I'll get up & get to work. This way I can take a nap during the day if I need to. I definately understand what Michael was going through. I probably would have taken the propofol too. There's so much talk of him faking his death, I'm wondering is it possible that he is still alive.

the problemwith the sleepless nights if thefalse god worhship of buddish I find that when i sleep at time my sleep would be interupted by people who worship the idol.I am a chistian, but i find this use to be a problem for me and it did lead to abuse,in order to continue to sleep, then i tried sleep apea and insomia, sleep ades, this lead to addiction. but it was the blood of Jesus as my higher power, the God who is the healer, and healing is in his blood that removes, addiction, Matt.28;18,19 "power" and "authority" this is known as the Great commission. this is my advice for those who are powerless, in their efforts, to illimenate hopless addiction problems and sleep apena,Diddy try Jesus

I also take ambien at night, a low dose but I only get 4 hours if that maybe 5 on a good night. Your thoughts keep running threw your mind and you can't sleep. I know exactly how Michael felt. Your so tired the next day and cannot function. And it just goes on and on. Melatonin just leaves you drowsy the next day and you feel awful. At least I do. Ambien helps for a while. Getting a higher dose is frightening because you feel like you've become addicted. But you need to sleep. You are right Diddy. More should be done. Thanks for that. I am not the only one.
