Heavy rockers SEPULTURA have angrily shot down reports they are reuniting with former bandmates MAX CAVALERA and his drummer brother IGOR, insisting it's all "rumours and lies".
Max Cavalera quit the Brazilian group in 1996 following a dispute over the firing of his wife Gloria Bujnowski as the band's manager.
But internet forums have been buzzing with claims Sepultura is preparing to reteam with the Cavaleras after singer Max admitted there was a possibility of a reunion.
However, Sepultura's guitarist Andreas Kisser is adamant there is no truth to the speculation.
In a video posted on YouTube.com, the rocker says, "Don’t listen to rumours anymore. We’re tired of listening to the bulls**t that Max is talking all over the world. There's no communication. There's no talks about any type of reunion with the Cavaleras. We're (sic) Sepultura for 26 years and we're celebrating it. I hope this is the end of the rumours and lies."
