Sex And The City star Chris Noth has signed a deal to revive his live music club in New York City a year after he was forced to shut the venue because of rent increases.
The actor opened the Cutting Room in 1999, but the club was closed in 2009 after overheads spiralled.
Noth and his business partner Steve Walter have now signed a lease on a new building in Manhattan which will serve as the Cutting Room's new home, according to the New York Post.
The new venue will reportedly be more spacious than the previous building and feature a bigger stage and dressing rooms.
