Adele has invited David Walliams for Christmas dinner.

The 'Skyfall' singer - who has a 14-month-old son Angelo with her fiancé Simon Konecki - is preparing a lavish meal for her family and friends and has told the 'Britain's Got Talent' judge and his model wife Lara they are welcome to join in the festivities at their Brighton home with their seven-month-old son Angelo.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: ''Adele is planning to host 35 people on Christmas Day, including her nearest and dearest and fiancé Simon's family who are visiting from the US. She told David and Lara they are welcome as they're her neighbours.''

If he does accept Adele's invitation, David - who is recovering from emergency back surgery last month - will be treated to a festive turkey dinner with all the trimmings and a string of her other celebrity neighbours are also welcome to drop by, and also her best pal Sid Owen.

The source added: ''Simon ordered a huge 24lb turkey from Heathfield butchers Canham and Sons months ago. It feeds 20 people. He had to get in there early as they get snapped up fast.

''But Adele wants this to be her best Christmas ever, with all the trimmings. She's told everyone I in the area to drop by any time, including fellow celebs Zoe Ball and Sid Owen.''
