Soul legend Smokey Robinson is giving one rich fan the chance to live just like him - by selling off his Chatsworth, California, home complete with furnishings.
The TEARS OF A CLOWN singer and his wife Frances, an interior designer, have listed their estate at $10.5 million (GBP5.8 million) - but will include their furnishings for a little extra.
The couple is planning to build a smaller home in the Chatsworth area. They already have a home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Robinsons bought the home they're now selling three years ago (02), and Frances took a year to redecorate it. She designed the crystal and wrought-iron chandelier in the three-story domed entry, which has a sweeping staircase; replaced marble with cherrywood on the floors; and created a soundproof theatre with eight reclining leather chairs.
The property comes with three kitchens, 10 fireplaces, a wine cellar and a gym.
Motown founder Berry Gordy, who was a regular guest, had his own bedroom in the property.
