Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg and Warren G have blamed record company greed for delaying their hip-hop collaboration 213.

The rap trio have finally embarked on their joint project after suffering a series of setbacks, mainly caused by their rival labels' objection to sharing 213's profits with each other.

Warren G says, "Record company bulls**t and politics (caused 213's delay). Up until now we were all with majors.

"They did not want to work together. I mean the industry is bad like that. All we wanted to do is unite and represent our area.

"Now we all call our own shots so we could make this project happen.
