Cops paid the couple a visit at their Pasadena pad on 4 July (14) after emergency services were contacted by a person from the property, only for the caller to hang up.
Officers interviewed Picardo and his wife, Linda Pawlik, over allegations of a domestic incident, but no arrests were made.
However, legal documents obtained by editors at the National Enquirer reveal Pawlik was granted a temporary protective order against Picardo on 9 July (14), banning him from approaching or contacting her until the end of the month (Jul14).
However, the restraining order expired on Wednesday (30Jul14).
The couple, which has been married for 30 years, filed for divorce in 2012.
