British rockers Status Quo have cancelled an upcoming show in Mexico due to "logistical issues".

The musicians were due to take their Made in Britain tour to the Telmex Auditorium in Zapopan, Mexico on 25 April (13), but they have now called off the concert due to unforeseen difficulties.

A statement posted on the venue's website cites "logistical issues" for the cancellation, adding, "On behalf of the promoter of the concert, we apologise for the inconvenience."

The band's planned gig in Plaza De Toros, Mexico on 27 April (13) is due to go ahead as planned.
