British actor Stephen Fry has resumed work on hit Tv show 24 following his hospitalisation.

The funnyman spent nearly a week under the care of doctors earlier this month (Apr14) after he was admitted to hospital suffering from a painful skin condition called cellulitis.

Fry was discharged on 7 April (14) and he has now confirmed he has been deemed fit enough to resume production on Kiefer Sutherland's action drama 24, which he is filming in London.

The star posted a picture of a chair emblazoned with his name and the 24 logo on Monday (14Apr14), adding in a caption, "Shame to be shooting inside on such a glorious day... Jack is back... 24."

Fry plays the British Prime Minister in the rebooted Tv thriller.
