Barack Obama - Barack Obama Tells Of Crush On Linda Ronstadt At Award Ceremony
The Grammy Award winner was personally presented with the nation's highest arts honour by the President, and he later revealed he had the hots for the singer when he was younger.
Obama told guests at the ceremony, "I told Linda Ronstadt I had a little crush on her back in the day."
Ronstadt suffers from Parkinson's disease and was brought into the White House's East Room in a wheelchair by a military aide, but she was able to walk onto the stage to receive the award.
Along with Ronstadt, other recipients included movie producer Jeffrey Katzenberg, documentary filmmaker Albert Maysles, and choreographer Bill T. Jones.
