Rapper Big Sean has shown off his charitable side by buying special Christmas gifts for sick kids in Michigan.

The Mercy hitmaker went on a festive shopping spree at a Toys R Us store in Detroit over the weekend (21-22Dec13) and stocked up on goods such as board games, stuffed animals, dolls, and headphones for kids at the Children's Hospital of Michigan.

According to editors at Tmz.com, the star also made a generous donation to the children's ward during his visit.
