Blake Lively spends hours playing dress up like a ''little girl'' when she's home alone.
Blake Lively loves playing ''dress up'' when she's at home.
The 'Gossip Girl' actress likes trying out different looks and experimenting with her clothes from the safety of her own house.
She said: ''Sometimes I wake up and I liken myself to a little girl having a tea party at the house all of the time. I actually dress up more in my home than I do walking down the street, just because it's so much fun to play dress up.''
Blake favours a sophisticated, classic look and revealed her style icons are all Hollywood actresses who ooze effortless style.
She explained: ''I always look to women in the past because they're not wearing what's trending now. So Katharine Hepburn, Grace Kelly, Diane Keaton - because I look for style not trends.
''They always look like princesses and, for me, that is style.''
The blonde beauty - who is married to Ryan Reynolds - wants her children to admire her style in years to come and hopes they won't cringe when they look back at her sartorial choices.
She added in an interview with Britain's HELLO! magazine: ''I always want to wear clothes that my children will one day look back on and say 'Oh, you look amazing - you didn't you keep that?' Not, 'Oh my God - I can't believe you wore that.' ''
