Iron Maiden rocker Bruce Dickinson is to fly a replica vintage World War I plane as part of an air show display team.

The singer, who qualified as a pilot in the 1990s, will take to the skies in his Fokker Dr1 triplane alongside several other vintage aircraft at the event over Duxford, England as part of The Great War Display Team after signing up earlier this year (14).

The Duxford Air Show takes place on 13 and 14 September (14).
