Carson will continue as an executive producer on his late night show 'Last Call', with producers saying: ''Plans for a transition will be announced at a later date.''
Meanwhile, fans will have unprecedented access to the 'Today Show' via the new 'Orange Room' which will also host social media hangouts, extended live-stream interviews with guests, and analysis of real-time social conversations from around the Web.
