Charlie Hunnam is the face of Calvin Klein's new fragrance.

The 'Sons of Anarchy' star fronts the brand's new ad campaign for Reveal Men - which is described as having notes of pear brandy, crystallised ginger and golden amber, and is set to be released next February.

The 34-year-old actor - who was shot for the campaign by Doug Lloyd and the photographer duo, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott - admitted he loved the ''luxury and glamour'' of the shoot which was a world a away from filming a movie in some less than welcoming locations.

He told WWD: ''Everyone always thinks the film business is so glamorous, and it really isn't at all. Most of the time I'm up at 5 am working outside in the beating sun from sunrise to sunset in some dusty hell of a location.

''I mean, I love the business, but it's not at all glamorous. The fashion world - and fragrance [world] - is all about capturing the idea of aspirational living, the most extreme luxury and glamour that life has to offer, and Calvin Klein created that feeling with this shoot.''

Coty Inc's chief marketing officer, Steve Mormoris - who works with Calvin Klein on their fragrances - says Charlie is ''perfect'' for the campaign.

He said: ''Reveal Men Calvin Klein epitomizes the uncompromisingly masculine and bold attitude of the modern man.

''Charlie perfectly speaks to men who want to intrigue, challenge and seduce.''
