Chris Brown and Tyga are among the stars who have paid tribute to actress/dancer Stephanie Moseley and rapper Earl Hayes, who were found dead in a suspected murder-suicide.

Moseley, who starred in U.S. Tv series Hit the Floor, was found dead at an apartment complex in Los Angeles on Monday morning (08Dec14) after residents called police to report the sound of gunshots.

Members of a Swat team found two people shot to death - Hayes, a rapper with ties to boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr., and Moseley.

Local authorities tell Tmz.com that Hayes allegedly shot and killed his wife, before turning the gun on himself.

Moseley previously served as a backup dancer for Brown, and the R&B star took to Instagram.com, posting a photo of himself alongside her, and added the caption, "Rip baby girl. Danced with me on tour and was always the coolest person. My prayers go out to you and your family."

Karrueche Tran, who confirmed her split from ex-boyfriend Brown last week (ends07Dec14), was also close with Moseley and wrote on Instagram, "My heart is so damn heavy. This has been one hell of a week. Rip Stephanie. Such a beautiful soul!!! "

Meanwhile, a number of hip-hop stars paid tribute to their fallen friend Hayes, with Swizz Beats writing, " Rip to one of my best friends in the world!! @earlhayes I'm sick & hurt about this news I'm sending my deepest condolences to your family. Wow this can't be real!"

Tyga added his condolences as well, and wrote, "We came up together in Oakland Cali!!! At one point in time we were all actually in a group as young kids... We all used to work with a guy names Eric who has also passed away, not to long ago.

"Well...it has been brought to my attention that our childhood friend is gone. He has passed on. Be kind to people. You never kno the fight they may be fighting. #RiP @earlhayes gonna miss your crazy self!!!"
