Daniel Radcliffe is learning Japanese.

The 25-year-old actor has been taking lessons in order to speak the East Asian language fluently but he admits he is struggling with it at the moment.

He said: ''I just started learning Japanese. It's super hard, but fascinating.''

He added: ''My favourite word so far is tokidoki [which means sometimes] -- it sounds like 'okeydokey.' ''

The 'Harry Potter' hunk is also able to speak a bit of Spanish after being taught it at school, but he believes the only reason he passed the language exam at the age of 16 is because he mastered the accent.

He explained: ''I passed my Spanish GCSE [the UK's General Certificate of Secondary Education] thanks to my accent skills. My grammar was absolute crap.''

Meanwhile, Daniel - who is currently dating his 'Kill You Darlings' co-star, Erin Darke, 29 - admits he used to fancy Cameron Diaz when he was a youngster and even had photographs of her hung up in his bedroom.

He told Us Weekly magazine: ''Cameron Diaz was my first celebrity crush. I had pictures of her and Drew Barrymore taped to my bedroom wall.''
