Drake is selling his bachelor pad in Toronto, Canada, for $4.2 million.

The 'Started From The Bottom' hitmaker, who hails from Ontario, appears to have settled into American life and has decided to ditch his base in his native country after moving in to a $7.7million mansion in Hidden Hills, California, last year.

According to Trulia.com, the 3,000 square-foot penthouse apartment boasts three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms and sits on the 22nd floor of a high-rise building in the prestigious Yorkville area of Toronto.

The 26-year-old star's apartment also features a swimming pool, two heated terraces, gym, sauna and valet parking.

The luxurious home reportedly has maintenance fees of $3,361.51 per month, however money is not a problem for the rapper, who has an estimated net worth of $20.5 million, according to Forbes.com.

Drake, who previously dated Rihanna, 25, bought his current home in the U.S. last year.

Marketed at ''the ultimate Hidden Hills compound estate'' and a ''world class private resort,'' the property features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and clocks in at 7,444 square feet.
