Enrique Iglesias is at the centre of a new lawsuit filed by two songwriters who have accused him of stealing their track.
Cristian Escuti and German Schulz claim Enrique's hit Bailando is a rip off of their song Quiero Bailar Contigo, which they recorded in 2009 and offered it to a Sony executive in 2012.
The duo heard nothing from the music bosses and assumed they had discarded the track - until they heard Iglesias' 2014 song.
The songwriters insist the chorus line, melody, lyrics and rhythm have been lifted from their tune, according to Tmz.com.
