Country act Florida Georgia Line have set a new record on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart in America for the longest run at number one.

The duo's Cruise has just landed a 22nd week at the top of the countdown - one more than hits by country icons Webb Pierce, Hank Snow and Eddy Arnold.

Cruise first hit the top spot in December (12) and has shifted a staggering 5.4 million downloads, becoming the third bestselling country digital track ever, behind Lady Antebellum's Need You Now and Taylor Swift's Love Story.
