Harrison Ford will be sidelined for eight weeks after suffering a broken ankle following an accident on the Star Wars: Episode Vii set, according to reports.
The movie star was airlifted to hospital in Oxford, England last week (ends13Jun14), and his son Ben told U.S. Tv show Access Hollywood his father may need screws and a plate fitted to aid his recovery.
Now sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Ford will miss as many as eight weeks of filming due to his injury.
Shooting will continue in his absence and Episode Vii is still on course for a December, 2015 release.
