Heidi Klum is selling her Los Angeles mansion for $25 million.

The German supermodel, who is dating 27-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel and has four children, Leni, 10, Henri, eight, Johan, seven and Lou, four, from previous relationships, put her 12,300-square foot Italian-style villa in Brentwood, California on the market this week.

The lavish home boasts eight-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms, a formal rose garden, infinity-edge pool, a putting green, koi pond, a children's playhouse, ocean views and access to hiking trails.

The 'America's Got Talent' judge, who bought the property in 2010 with her then-husband Seal for $14 million, admitted on the listing website that she still adores the ''incredible'' place, saying: ''Sometimes I sit in the garden, drinking my coffee, looking at the Pacific, and really feel it is a little piece of Heaven.

''We worked extensively for over six months to replace every window, re-stain all the gorgeous woodwork, upgrade all the appliances and fixtures and designed dream closets.

''We built a master bath with views of the ocean. By the time we finished, the house was as incredible as its grounds and views.''

The 40-year-old blonde beauty bought a $9.875 million mansion in Bel Air last year, and also purchased her ex-boyfriend Martin Kirsten's mother a new house in their native South Africa after they parted ways in January.
