Rocker Jack Russell and his former bandmates in Great White have reached a settlement in their ongoing legal spat over the group's name.

The co-founding member and original frontman sued Mark Kendall, Michael Lardie and Audie Desbrow over their continuing use of the moniker after poor health forced him to take a hiatus from the group.

Russell claimed his bandmates kicked him out while he was recovering from surgery to repair a perforated bowel. The band countersued.

Now, after three days of mediation, the two parties have reached an agreement which will allow the members of Great White to continue performing and recording under the name, while Russell will perform as Jack Russell's Great White.
