Actor Jesse Eisenberg has inked a publishing deal to release a series of short stories.
Bream Gives Me Hiccups: And Other Stories will hit stores next year (15) and will include articles The Social Network star has written for The New Yorker magazine and MCSweeney's, as well as never-before-published pieces.
The title comes from stories Eisenberg wrote about a nine-year-old boy, who is taken to expensive restaurants by his mother so she can dump the bill on her ex-husband.
A statement from a spokesperson for the book's publishers at Grove Atlantic reads, "In different ways, the stories explore what it means to be navigating the modern world, and are all illuminated by Eisenberg's ironic wit and gift for writing."
In addition to his publishing deal, Eisenberg has been tapped to play Lex Luthor in the Man of Steel sequel.
