Actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt is taking his innovative Internet project to Tv, showing off the best of the short films he has been compiling via his HitRecord.org initiative since 2010.
The Dark Knight Rises star offered budding filmmakers, writers, musicians and illustrators a platform to share their ideas through the website and now he's hosting a new U.S. series, titled HitRecord on Tv, where he'll debut the best of the contributions so far.
The first episode, which will air on cable channel Pivot on 18 January (14) will feature a short film, featuring actress Elle Fanning, about a young woman with night blindness.
In total, there will be eight shows in the series.
