Teen superstar Justin Bieber has cleared his schedule to be by his dad's side following an operation.

The singer's father Jeremy underwent knee surgery this week (begs09Sep13) and Justin jetted back to his native Ontario, Canada, to be with him.

Jeremy took to his Twitter.com page to show his appreciation for his son's support, writing, "My boy JustinBieber flew all the way home to be with me for my surgery. What an incredible boy. Love."

The Baby hitmaker tweeted back, "JeremyBieber of course. Love. Family."
