Justin Bieber's mother tells friends he isn't ''out of control''.

The 'Beauty and a Beat' singer - who was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), resisting arrest and driving without a licence - still has the support of his mum Pattie Mallette, who is said to be certain her son ''will come out on top'' after his recent controversy.

According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, she has told friends: ''Justin is not out of control.

''He has always been someone who has to do things his way. He will do the right and thing and he will come out on top.''

However Justin is also facing further legal problems for allegedly egging a neighbour's house, but it is said Pattie would be ''devastated'' if the drama kept coming and her son became even more controversial.

An insider added: ''As far as Pattie is concerned, Justin can do no wrong.

''He is a real mummy's boy and she would be devastated if that ever changed.''

Meanwhile, even former WWE wrestling star Stone Cold Steve Austin has spoken out about Justin and given him advice.

Addressing the teen star directly on The Arsenio Hall Show, he recently said: ''Justin, straighten you act up or I'm gonna come and find you and put my size 13 foot up your ass!''
