Katie Price's baby boy is ''doing great'' and ''getting stronger''.

The 35-year-old model is in Europe recovering after the birth of her fourth child Jett Riviera - her son with husband Kieran Hayler - after she was rushed to hospital to have an emergency Caesarean section earlier this month, eight weeks prematurely.

In her column for The Sun newspaper, she wrote: ''Thanks to all the fans and well wishers who have sent messages since Jett's birth. He is doing great and getting stronger every day.''

Katie had to deliver Jett early after tests showed she had an infection which could harm the baby in her womb, but she and baby are doing well now and Kieran has been extremely supportive.

He posted on Twitter: ''Its been a tough 3 weeks but we are closer and more in love than ever before. I love my wife @MissKatiePrice xxx. (sic)''

Meanwhile, Katie - who also has 11-year-old son Harvey from her relationship with Dwight Yorke, son Junior, eight, and a daughter Princess Tiaamii, six, with her ex-husband Peter Andre - thinks Duchess Kate and Prince William, who had their first child Prince George in July, are adapting well to parenthood.

She explained: ''So what a treat to see the picture of Kate, Wills and baby George. Kate's eyes show signs of tiredness - so at least us non-royal mums can take heart that she is human.

''Otherwise the couple look like they've adapted to parenthood perfectly.''

Katie also thinks Catherine - formerly known as Kate Middleton before she wed Prince William - looks better than she does, despite the sleepless nights they are both enduring.

She added: ''And Kate, take it from me - you look a damn sight better than I do.''
