Kim Kardashian wanted to flaunt her post-pregnancy breasts.

The reality TV star - who gave birth to her and Kanye West's daughter North in June - admitted she wanted to ''hide'' the rest of her body because of her battle to ''get back into shape'', but she was happy showing off her chest.

She told The Sun on Sunday newspaper's Fabulous magazine: ''Right after you have a baby you want to show off your boobs and hide everything else ... It is not easy to get back into shape.

''The struggle that us women got through to get our bodies back - I have a whole new respect for mothers.''

Kim, 32, revealed she was ''under a lot of pressure'' to lose her baby weight, and didn't want to give herself an ''excuse'' after giving birth to North - whose nickname is Nori.

She added: ''I put myself under a lot of pressure. Everyone wants to feel good about themselves.

''I heard people say, 'When you're breastfeeding, you can eat whatever you want'.

''After I had Nori, I didn't give myself that excuse. I'd end up wearing my mom's sweatpants forever!''
