Country singer Kip Moore has taken aim at ticket scalpers trying to profit from his upcoming Dirt Road tour.

The Faith When I Fall hitmaker, who is set to head out on the road in the autumn (14), recently expressed his anger over stories suggesting people are trying to re-sell his tickets at high prices, despite his best efforts to keep tickets between $25 (Gbp15.60) and $35 (Gbp21.90).

He writes on Facebook.com, "We scaled back production across the board to make low ticket prices possible. There are things in this world that p**s me off that I know I’ll never be able to change... but above all, the thing that p**ses me off the most is scalpers.

"I could sit back and ignore it, because I know it’s a losing battle, but I just can’t do that. People are trying everyday to fix this problem, but it’s a difficult task..."

Moore is not the only country musician to lash out at ticket scalpers this year - in April (14), Eric Church cancelled 1,000 tickets to his concert in Minneapolis when he found out they had been purchased by scalpers.
