Lady GaGa's rocker ex-boyfriend has threatened legal action over his depiction in a book about the pop superstar.
Attorneys representing drummer Luc Carl, who dated the Poker Face hitmaker before her music career took off, have sent legal letters to publishing giant HarperCollins and author Brendan Jay Sullivan over his tome Rivington St. Was Ours Lady Gaga, The Lower East Side and The Prime of Our Lives.
Sullivan has revealed Carl is threatening legal action as he is not happy with his portrayal in the book, telling New York Post gossip column Page Six, "Gaga told me herself that Luc told her early in her career, 'I hope you fail,' and that gave her the fire she needed at the time to fight for her dreams. Luc wasn't happy that I made him the villain of the piece. HarperCollins got a letter from him, he is threatening me and HarperCollins with a lawsuit."
