Lady GaGa and her longtime manager have parted ways, according to new reports.

Troy Carter has been the business mind behind the pop superstar since he was recruited to handle her in 2007.

The news of the split comes a day after the singer broke down during her performance of Dope at the YouTube Music Awards on Sunday (03Nov13), and as Gaga stages an album chart and performance comeback following an injury that sidelined her earlier this year (13).

Carter's other management clients include John Legend and Mindless Behavior. He also runs Atom Factory Records.
