Lenny Kravitz is amused by young fans of The Hunger Games film franchise, who have no clue that he is an accomplished musician.
The multiple Grammy Award winner is best known to kids for his role as Katniss Everdeen's stylist Cinna in The Hunger Games, and he admits many of his pre-teen fans are unaware he has two decades of hits behind him.
The rocker, who also won acclaim for supporting roles in Lee Daniels' films Precious and The Butler, says, "You get these 10-year-old kids coming up (to me) and I think we're about to talk music and they have no idea. No idea. I'm Cinna. But now there's a lot (of kids) that are getting turned on by the music. It's great getting to the next generation."
Kravitz reprised his role for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, which opens in America on 22 November (13).
