Ang Lee's acclaimed drama Life Of Pi has added to its British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Film Awards haul by claiming the top prize at the organisation's Children's Awards.

The film scooped a clutch of trophies at the main Bafta ceremony earlier this year (13), including awards for cinematography and special effects, and it claimed another at the Children's Awards ceremony in London on Sunday (25Nov13).

The Oscar-winning epic was crowned Best Feature Film, seeing off competition from Paranorman and Wreck-It Ralph.

Other awards went to kids Tv shows including educational sketch series Horrible Histories, The Amazing World of Gumball and Room on the Broom, as well as another Hollywood movie, Despicable Me 2, which was named Best Feature Film in the fans vote category.
