Little Mix feel ''guilty'' about not spending more time with their families.

The quartet - Jesy Nelson, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall - have spent much of their time since winning 'The X Factor' in 2011 travelling the world and although they love being pop stars, they hate being apart from their loved ones for lengthy periods at a time.

Jesy told Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine: ''There's no comfort like your mum. I feel really guilty because we never get to see them. It's quite upsetting because to our families it's like we've just gone.

''They were the ones who helped us realise our dreams but now they're sat at home and we're not there.''

The 'Wings' group admit their lives feel surreal now because everything has changed so much and they are still only in their early 20s.

Leigh-Anne said: ''I'm constantly asking, 'Is this my life? I'm only 22!' ''

But Perrie - who is engaged to One Direction hunk Zayn Malik - is loving every minute of it.

The 20-year-old blonde beauty said: ''I'm really happy right now. I'm a traditional girl, so getting married and being with my family is important to be too. I can't wait to start planning it all.''
