One Direction want to hire lookalikes.

The 'Little Things' hitmakers - Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles and Niall Horan - are being followed by adoring fans while on their 'Where We Are' world tour, so their security team have encouraged them to employ decoys to help take the pressure off.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: ''Having 1D lookalikes on hand would be great for distracting the fans.

''At the moment it seems to be the only way forward for security and safety on this tour. The band already have an unbelievable amount of bodyguards and protection around them but the risks are getting extreme.''

The boys are struggling to deal with attention they're receiving and are ''nervous'' about going out in public.

The source saidd: ''The boys can't sleep and are nervous about going out. They only feel safe in their private jet.''

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singers were forced to change hotels in Peru on Thursday (01.05.14) after police struggled to stop 250 fans from storming their accommodation at the Palacio Nazarenas in Cusco.

A source said previously: ''There were hundreds of screaming girls outside the hotel.Police were struggling to keep them back and keep them off the road.

''The fans with their posters nearly filled the entire square.''
