Pamela Anderson is releasing a book.

The 'Baywatch' actress has teased details of the book, titled 'Connect and Transform...', posting a black and white image of herself on her social media accounts along with the announcement.

Pamela is suggesting the tome will inform readers how to lead a healthy and ''sensual life''.

On Facebook, she wrote: ''My book - coming soon.. ''Connect and Transform...'' (A sensual life, encouraging spectacular health) (sic).''

The collection is not the first by the 47-year-old model, having released 'Star' in 2004 which followed the struggle of a teenager trying to become famous, and follow-up 'Star Struck' in 2005 which examined her life with ex-husband Tommy Lee along with the difficulties surrounding life as a celebrity.

The blonde beauty - who is now married to professional poker player Rick Salomon - has long been an advocate of animal rights and follows a strict vegan diet which she considers to be essential in leading a healthy lifestyle.

A source previously stated: ''Pamela takes her health really seriously and sticks to a vegan diet of grains, beans, tofu and fruit. She never eats junk food. Her body is a temple and she loves showing it off.''

As well as her forthcoming book, the star has recently been filming upcoming mystery movie 'The People Garden' which focuses on the disappearance of a rock star and his girlfriend's subsequent quest to find him.
