A trespasser who was caught on the roof of Rihanna's California home this month (Jun13) has pleaded no contest to the charges against him.

Robert Melanson, 26, who was arrested at the singer's Pacific Palisades house on 17 June (13), was convicted of criminal trespassing and sentenced to time served, as well as three years probation.

He was also fined $344 (£222) and ordered to complete a year in a mental health treatment program, according to Tmz.com.

Rihanna obtained a restraining order to keep Melanson away from her following the incident.
