Robbie Williams - Robbie Williams misses party lifestyle
Robbie Williams admits he sometimes wishes he could enjoy a wild night out of boozing, but is committed to staying sober.
Robbie Williams still wants to '''ave it'' at times.
The 39-year-old singer has battled alcohol and substance abuse in the past and though he knows it is important to stay sober, he sometimes misses his hard partying ways as he had some good times.
He said: ''In the misery of chemical addiction and alcoholism it's not all... how can I put this..You know, you don't have a drink and go straight to rehab. There were some enjoyable times too. It would kill me, but I had a lot of fun.
''Am I separated from that person [who I used to be]? It's very, very easy for me to be in a similar sort of position, in a similar sort of place. There's still a place in my heart that wants to 'ave it.
''But now I know I'll never be in that pre-rehab stage again. I'm done with losing it that much.''
Though he misses the good times he had on drugs, Robbie knows cocaine can't make him happy any more.
He added in an interview with Q magazine: ''I'm nearly 40, I've got a history of heart disease in the family and I know the two combined ain't good. And I also know that coke instantly takes me to a place that's not great, it's not fun.''
