Selena Gomez is selling her Tarzana home.

The 21-year-old singer purchased the plush property in 2011 for $2.75 million, but she's set to make a profit after putting it on the market for $3.495 million.

The 6,630 sq-ft ranch-style home, which is located in Los Angeles, is complete with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and an impressive gym, according to The Agency.

The gorgeous mansion boats stunning interiors, as well as a glamorous garden with a heated pool, a bocce ball court and a basketball court accompanied with lights.

There's also potential to build a full-size tennis court.

The kitchen has been kitted out with top of the range appliances for entertaining guests and the spa is perfect for some relaxation after a hard day at work.

The home also comes with three separate dog kennels, a BBQ and Firepit lounge area, and a two-car garage.

The house has some added glam with stunning French doors, two walk-in wardrobes, a wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings and a separate guest suite, which has its own entrance and a balcony overlooking the posh grounds.

The 'Come & Get It' hitmaker appears to have upped the security at the property as well by installing secure private gates after a 19-year-old man was allegedly caught lurking near the premises in January.

The brunette beauty, who has been in an on/off relationship with Justin Bieber for three years, also has another property in nearby Calabasas.
